Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in security operations or GSOC environments, with leadership experience.
• Experience leading shift-based or 24/7 operations and coordinating teams.
• Experience with CCTV, access control, alarms, and real-time monitoring platforms.
• Strong incident detection, escalation, response, and governance skills.
• Proven leadership, communication, and stakeholder-management abilities.
• Experience in distribution, fulfillment, or multi-site operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee global monitoring, incident response coordination, and situational awareness across the fulfillment network.
• Lead cross-functional response during major incidents with clear command and coordinated execution.
• Develop and coach the LINC / GSOC team, set priorities, and drive performance.
• Maintain operating rhythms translating system activity into actionable risk insights.
• Escalate incidents timely to Field AP-H&S and Investigations per protocols.
• Ensure centralized visibility of incidents, alerts, and risk-related activities.
• Analyze trends to improve controls and strengthen network-wide risk mitigation.
• Own GSOC operating performance including workload planning and process adherence.
