Job summary

Rubrik is seeking a senior Global Systems Integrator (GSI) partnerships leader to own and scale relations with Cognizant and TCS across the Americas. You will drive pipeline, bookings, and co-sell motions, align GTM priorities, and manage executive sponsorship.

You will establish executive coverage, enable vendor-to-partner collaboration, and navigate procurement and forecasting processes. Travel 50%+ is expected; remote work possible in the US.

Qualifications

• Proven track record partnering with Cognizant or TCS or similar GSIs at national/global level.
• Experience running GSI executive meetings from day one.
• Ability to drive new logo generation, pipeline, and joint business development.

Responsibilities

• Lead senior GSI governance meetings with Cognizant and TCS executives.
• Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline through co-sell motions.
• Represent Rubrik's value with partners to customers and leadership.
• Coordinate cross-geo GTM priorities and bookings targets.
