Job summary

Rubrik is seeking a Senior GSI Partnerships Manager to own and scale the Cognizant and TCS relationships across the Americas. You will drive pipeline, bookings, and co-sell motions while coordinating with field teams and partner leaders.

Role requires strong executive presence, proven GTM partnership experience, and willingness to travel 50%+. You will influence strategy, enablement, and financial models to accelerate joint success.

Qualifications

• Proven track record partnering with global SIs (e.g., Cognizant and/or TCS).
• Experience leading from the front in vendor-field to partner ecosystems.
• Ability to drive executive-level negotiations and CoE alignment.

Responsibilities

• Own and scale Rubrik's partnership with Cognizant and TCS across Americas.
• Set up and run senior GSI meetings, QBRs and executive briefings.
• Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline with structured co-sell motions.
• Manage partner cost models, incentives, and joint value propositions.
• Travel 50%+ to support field activities and partnerships.
