Job summary

AnewHealth is seeking a Director, Growth Performance & Planning to drive enterprise forecasting, pipeline governance and performance visibility across growth verticals. You will translate data into strategy to improve conversion, planning accuracy and revenue outcomes.

As a strategic SME, you will partner with Sales, Market Leaders, Growth Ops and Finance to ensure alignment, identify risks and enable scalable growth. This remote role emphasizes leadership in a healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or related discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in growth operations, finance, or analytics.
• Healthcare experience preferred and highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide sales forecasting processes, assumptions and definitions across all business units.
• Own forecast reviews and executive roll-up reporting to drive visibility and alignment.
• Ensure pipeline data integrity, consistency and adherence to established processes.
• Support planning processes including forecasting, QBRs, and operating cadence.
• Collaborate with Growth Ops, Finance, Marketing, and Market Leaders.
• Own KPI reporting, consolidation, and performance frameworks.
• Provide monthly performance reporting and insights to executive leadership.
• Oversee sales compensation analytics and insights; partner on plan effectiveness.
• Collaborate on systems, data quality and automation for scalable solutions.
