Job summary

Thrive Market is looking for a hands-on leader to own performance creative end-to-end across Meta, TikTok, Google, YouTube, Reddit, and CTV. You will set the testing engine, manage the agency roster, and drive customer journeys beyond the ad to improve landing pages and conversion.

You will mentor a ~6-person team and collaborate with Growth, Measurement, and Analytics to ensure decisions follow data, not opinions, while scaling spend efficiently and maintaining brand outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in performance creative strategy, growth marketing, paid social, creative strategy, or related roles.
• Led or been the senior creative force behind a scaled, Meta-first paid acquisition program, with demonstrated creative that drove measurable customer acquisition.
• Consumer, cash-pay, direct-to-consumer subscription or equivalent heavy paid media environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the creative testing roadmap across channels and manage the agency relationships.
• Drive creative diversification to broaden winning ad portfolio and optimize spend distribution.
• Absorb the creative strategist function by translating research and data into actionable opportunities; write briefs and develop concepts.
• Own the agency portfolio and oversee external partners over time.
• Own the customer journey beyond the ad, including landing pages and UX collaboration.
• Monitor creative fatigue and maintain a robust pipeline of new winners.
• Lead and mentor the ~6-person performance creative team.
• Partner with growth leadership and analytics to align data-driven decisions with creative strategy.
