Job summary

Autodesk is seeking a Senior Program Manager for Flow Growth to build and run the Flow Studio and Flow Capture Growth Teams. You will partner with Sales, Marketing, Strategy, and Analytics to translate growth ambitions into executable programs, defining roles, milestones, and metrics.

You will own governance, reporting, and executive communications, ensuring alignment across GTM functions and driving scalable processes for rapid growth in Flow Studio and Flow Capture.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in program management or PMO roles managing complex cross-functional programs
• Experience building new programs, teams, or operating models from the ground up
• Proven go-to-market or revenue growth program leadership spanning Sales, Marketing, Strategy, Analytics
• Experience partnering with senior leaders as trusted advisor or chief of staff
• Self-starter with ownership mindset and bias for action
• Strong analytical/data-driven mindset; comfortable defining metrics and using data to drive decisions
• Ability to influence in a matrixed environment without formal authority
• Calm, strategic planner who handles high-stakes situations well
• Excellent executive presence, verbal and written communication skills
• BA/BS or equivalent; willingness to travel up to 20%

Responsibilities

• Stand up Flow Studio and Flow Capture Growth Teams with defined charters, roles, and decision rights
• Own program management for both teams: planning cycles, cadence, reviews, quarterly priorities
• Translate growth strategy into executable plans with clear owners and milestones
• Define and maintain KPIs (pipeline, ACV/ARR, conversion, adoption, retention) as single source of truth
• Coordinate GTM workstreams across segments, campaigns, pricing, partner motions, and enablement
• Identify dependencies/risks, drive resolutions, escalate to Director when needed
• Prepare leadership reviews and executive communications for audiences from teams to senior leadership
• Spot opportunities to improve efficiency and scale the operating model
• Build alliances and foster collaboration, accountability, and trust across teams
