Job summary

Autodesk is seeking a Flow Capture Principal Sales Specialist to break into mid-tier production companies, post houses, and studios, building demand and closing Flow Capture business. This full-cycle field sales role targets net-new logos within defined accounts.

You will own the entire sales cycle from prospecting to close, partner with Marketing ABM, collaborate with Product and Strategy, and write the early plays to scale Flow Capture in a startup-like segment inside Autodesk.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of full-cycle B2B software sales experience, with a proven track record in new logo or territory hunting roles.
• Ability to open doors, qualify opportunity, and convert cold accounts into engaged pipeline.
• Experience partnering with marketing on ABM or targeted campaigns.
• Strong discovery and value-selling skills with technical and creative audiences.

Responsibilities

• Break into target mid-tier production companies, post houses, and studios that fit the ICP and ignite new Flow Capture conversations.
• Partner with Account Based Marketing to plan and execute campaigns that build awareness and generate pipeline.
• Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, discovery, scoping, negotiation, and close.
• Land first productions inside new customers and expand them into broader, multi-project adoption.
• Build credibility with producers, post supervisors, editors, and security leaders.
• Lead conversations about secure camera-to-cloud dailies, real-time review, and faster collaboration.
