Job summary

Snapsheet is hiring a Senior Product Manager, Growth, to lead discovery and growth of new products on the core claims platform. You will shape end-to-end workflows blending software, configuration, data, and people to achieve efficiency and ROI.

You’ll partner with engineering to extend the platform, drive cross-functional impact, and own roadmaps with measurable outcomes. This is a remote US-based role with equity opportunities.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience building and scaling SaaS or B2B products with growth focus.
• Experience improving workflows to increase efficiency and ROI.
• Experience working with configurable platforms or systems rather than greenfield software.

Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy and vision for tech-enabled claims services rooted in discovery of inefficiencies and opportunities.
• Define, launch, and scale end-to-end service-based products with technology, configuration, and operations.
• Partner with engineering to extend and configure the claims platform for improvements via data, automation, and tooling.
• Drive ROI and throughput improvements using data to measure quality, scalability, and cost effectiveness.
• Lead cross-functional teams across product, engineering, operations, data, and platform.
• Own execution with clear roadmaps and pragmatic tradeoffs while elevating product excellence.
