Job summary

Snapsheet is seeking a Senior Product Manager I, Growth to lead discovery and growth of service-based products on the claims platform. You will design end-to-end workflows blending technology, configuration, and operations to drive ROI and throughput.

In this remote US-based role, you will partner with engineering and data teams, define roadmaps, run experiments, and translate growth objectives into actionable hypotheses while balancing speed and quality.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience focused on growth, activation, retention and/or monetization.
• Insurance/P&C experience strongly preferred.
• Experience improving workflows and increasing efficiency.
• Experience with configurable platforms or systems, not greenfield software.
• Ability to lead strategy through ambiguity and shifting market conditions.
• Data-informed with funnels, cohorts, and A/B testing to drive growth.
• Extensive experience in agile development and cross-functional shipping.

Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy and vision for tech-enabled claims services.
• Define, launch, and scale service-based products with end-to-end workflows.
• Partner with engineering to extend and configure the claims platform.
• Improve throughput, quality, scalability, and cost effectiveness using data.
• Lead cross-functionally across product, engineering, operations, data, and platform teams.
• Own execution with clear roadmaps and pragmatic tradeoffs.
