Job summary

Clera, a fast-growing fintech platform, is seeking a Senior Product Manager, Growth to own the full growth funnel—from acquisition to retention—and to lead a high-impact, data-driven growth program in a fast-paced fintech environment.

You'll partner with Product, Engineering, Design, and Marketing to design and run experiments, optimize conversion, and apply AI for faster discovery and impact. This on-site SF role offers competitive compensation and equity.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in growth, product, or growth marketing with senior leadership experience in fintech or subscription models.
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree a plus.
• Hands-on expertise with experimentation tooling, personalization, and cohort-based analysis.
• Proven track record building and scaling growth functions with measurable improvements to conversion and LTV.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a growth product strategy aligned with company goals and unit economics.
• Translate objectives into a prioritized growth roadmap that links experiments to long-term strategy.
• Own the full growth funnel across acquisition, activation, conversion, monetization, and retention.
• Design, run, and scale rigorous A/B testing across pages, messaging, onboarding, pricing, and personalization.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Design, and Growth Marketing to turn experiments into scalable features.
• Improve site and onboarding conversion by clarifying value propositions and reducing friction.
• Drive top-of-funnel performance via SEO, organic channels, affiliates, and content marketing.
• Lead retention and product depth to increase engagement and repeat value.
• Apply AI to accelerate experimentation, discovery, and analytics with sound risk/value judgment.
• Build analytics, instrumentation, and tooling to measure end-to-end funnel and attribution.
