Qualifications

• 4-6+ years of designing complex products or workflows, especially in B2B SaaS, enterprise tools, or fintech domains.
• Strong systems thinking with experience building and maintaining design systems for live and prototyped work.
• Analytical mindset with a track record of measuring and iterating on user journeys and conversions.
• Clear communicator who documents decisions and trade offs for team alignment.
• Comfort working with ambiguity and complex system logic while moving quickly.
• Experience designing for compliance, fintech, or identity workflows and proficiency with design tools for system management.
• Collaborative, cross functional mindset with ability to translate designs into production with engineering teams.

Responsibilities
