Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end growth programs across outbound, paid, content/brand, SEO, partnerships, and events, delivering measurable outcomes.
• Treat channels as scientific processes: formulate hypotheses, run tests, measure metrics, and iterate.
• Plan and optimize outbound programs (cold email) and manage deliverability.
• Plan, launch, and optimize paid acquisition across Meta, LinkedIn, and Google.
• Create and distribute high-velocity content with strong brand alignment.
• Shape and execute an SEO strategy and build partnerships with events.
