Fivetran in Oakland, CA is seeking a Lead Product Designer to own design strategy and execution for data-heavy, technical SaaS products. You will shape workflows for technical users, collaborate with product and engineering on strategy, and mentor designers to raise UX quality across teams.

This full-time, hybrid role is based in Oakland with two days in the office weekly, focusing on data interfaces, BI, and complex UX challenges in a cloud-hosted offering.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in end-to-end Product Design for data-heavy, technical SaaS/B2B products.
• Experience in data interfaces, BI, SQL, or data exploration interfaces is a plus.
• Strong systems-thinking and ability to reduce complexity in technical workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own design strategy and execution for key product areas.
• Advocate for user-centered design across the organization.
• Mentor and lead design teams to raise UX quality across products.
