Job summary

Mudflap is seeking a Senior Product Manager, Growth & Experience, to own onboarding, activation, engagement, and monetization across its app and card products. You will lead experimentation, shape roadmaps, and collaborate with Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing, and Operations in a hybrid Palo Alto setting.

You will translate customer insights from owner-operators and small fleets into high-impact product experiences, using AI tools to accelerate discovery and development in a fast-growing

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience with ownership of customer-facing products.
• Proven ability to drive product-led growth through experimentation and metrics.
• Strong understanding of onboarding, activation, and engagement loops.
• Experience partnering with engineering, design, data, and marketing.
• Hands-on with AI tools to accelerate product development.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding, activation, engagement, and monetization surfaces.
• Identify growth opportunities via funnel analysis and customer research.
• Lead rapid experimentation cycles with clear hypotheses and success metrics.
• Develop and execute a growth-focused product roadmap.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive experiences.
• Engage with truckers and fleet operators to inform product decisions.
