Job summary

Ruby Labs is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to drive analytics across subscription products and web funnels. You will partner with Product, Marketing, and Data teams while mentoring analysts.

Responsibilities include defining KPIs, building dashboards, and delivering full-funnel analysis to improve conversion, retention, and LTV; owning event taxonomy and tracking; analyzing payments and subscriptions to identify revenue leakage and opportunities.
