Job summary

Fivetran in Oakland, CA, is seeking a Senior Technical Product Marketing Manager to shape market perception, drive product adoption, and articulate the value of our data platform to enterprise customers.

This highly strategic, cross-functional role partners with product, marketing, GTM, and sales to craft technical messaging, collateral, and proofs of value that accelerate customer outcomes and showcase Fivetran as a foundational data infrastructure provider.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in product marketing, data engineering, product management, sales engineering, and/or data and analytics consulting.
• Data industry experience with data integration, databases, data warehouses, and related technologies (SQL, dbt, Python, Spark).
• Technical aptitude and willingness to learn about modern data infrastructure and cloud destinations.

Responsibilities

• Create technical collateral across the Fivetran platform, including diagrams, demos, white papers, blogs, pitch decks, and guides.
• Develop how-to guides, demo videos, case studies, and technical whitepapers to support adoption.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, GTM, customer success and leadership on launches and campaigns.
• Stay up to date with trends in data integration, cloud data platforms, and AI to position the product.
• Provide technical validation and best practices to support sales cycles and customer conversations.
