You will collaborate across Category, Growth, and Marketing, turning business priorities into concrete actions and measurable outcomes, while navigating ambiguity with a hands-on, data-driven approach.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in analytics, operations, strategy, or related field.
• Strong SQL proficiency and ability to analyze performance.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Own high-priority initiatives end-to-end — define the problem, plan, coordinate stakeholders, drive execution, measure outcomes.
• Build and maintain reporting and dashboards — create trusted views of performance for reviews and insights.
• Turn data into insights and action — analyze trends and synthesize recommendations for decisions.
• Spot gaps and build solutions — identify missing measurement or process gaps and design fixes.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Category, Growth, and Marketing to translate priorities into action.
