Job summary

Thesis is a consumer brain‑tech company sought for a Senior Manager, Growth & Business Operations in New York. You will shape growth strategy, partner with the GM, and scale new channels, programs, and customer experiences to expand brand engagement.

You will own opportunities across growth, marketing, product, and analytics, coordinating teams and partners to move ideas from concept to market, measure results, and iterate using data and AI to accelerate outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in growth, business operations, strategy, consulting, or a related field, with a track record of independently leading cross‑functional initiatives from opportunity through execution to measurable results.
• An AI‑native approach to work. AI is already part of how you solve problems and get things done.

Responsibilities

• Find the most promising opportunities by combining customer insights, competitive research, performance data, and commercial judgment to assess impact, economics, effort, and risk.
• Own growth initiatives end to end, turning ambiguous opportunities into clear plans, defining success, and driving execution.
