Hitch, an independent creative advertising agency in Austin, seeks a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to drive growth across paid media for multiple eCommerce brands. You will lead strategy, optimization, and reporting across Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, YouTube, and more, while scaling six- and seven-figure budgets.

You should have 5+ years in paid media for DTC brands, deep attribution know-how, and proven ability to own accounts end-to-end with strong client communication.

Qualificações

• 5+ years managing paid media for eCommerce or DTC brands.
• Experience scaling brands through Meta and TikTok advertising.
• Strong Google Ads experience including Search, Shopping, Performance Max, and YouTube.
• Deep understanding of attribution, tracking, and measurement.
• Advanced analytical and quantitative skills.
• Understanding of contribution margin, profitability, forecasting, and financial modeling.
• Experience managing significant advertising budgets.
• Excellent communication and client-facing presentation skills.
• Ability to independently own accounts and drive performance.

Responsabilidades

• Own strategy, execution, optimization, and reporting across Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, YouTube, CTV, and emerging channels.
• Build and scale profitable acquisition campaigns for eCommerce and DTC brands.
• Manage budgets from startup spend to six- and seven-figure monthly levels.
• Develop testing frameworks for creative, audiences, landing pages, offers, and funnels.
• Create forecasting models and growth plans for clients.
• Lead client-facing reporting calls and performance reviews.
• Mentor junior team members as the department grows.
• Collaborate with creative, strategy, production, and social teams to improve systems.
