SXSW is seeking a driven Performance Growth Marketer to lead full-funnel paid campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, Google, TikTok, and more. You will plan, execute, and optimize acquisition and re-engagement strategies, and translate data into actionable insights for leadership.

This on-site role in Austin requires 3-5+ years of experience in performance or growth marketing, strong analytical skills, and collaboration with creative teams to test messaging and assets.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years in performance marketing, growth marketing, or related roles.
• Understanding of full-funnel strategy, customer journeys, and conversion optimization.
• Proven ability to develop, manage, and optimize campaigns across paid platforms.
• Experience with campaign measurement, attribution, tracking, and reporting.
• Strong analytical skills and data-informed decision making.
• Excellent communication and ability to present complex data clearly.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute digital paid acquisition campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, Google, TikTok, and CTV.
• Plan audience strategy, budget allocation, pacing, optimization, and reporting.
• Create segmentation and personalized journeys to drive acquisition and re-engagement.
• Build full-funnel campaigns from awareness to conversion.
• Collaborate with creative teams to test messaging and assets.
• Upload, schedule, and QA campaign assets across channels.
• Monitor performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and ROI.
• Produce regular performance reports and share insights with leadership and stakeholders.
• Contribute to new tests and ideas for paid advertising growth.
• Stay current on platforms and trends in digital advertising.
