Job summary

EY is seeking a Communications Supervising Associate to shape Growth Markets internal communications and support business objectives with cross-functional teams. You will manage channels, ensure consistent messaging, and leverage AI tools to deliver high-quality content across time zones.

You will collaborate with Service Lines, Industry and functional groups to develop and execute communications plans while measuring impact and reporting on progress.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Approximately 5+ years of communications experience is required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to work with stakeholders and manage projects.

Responsibilities

• Support Growth Markets communication strategy with the Communications team and internal stakeholders.
• Identify content opportunities, secure reviews/approvals, and edit as needed.
• Manage Growth Markets channels including emails, newsletters, intranet, websites, and social media.
• Leverage firm-approved AI tools to develop deliverables, optimize workflow, and enhance quality.
• Develop and execute communications plans with cross-functional groups.
