Job summary

Highland Electric Fleets is seeking a senior growth marketer to own channel strategy, run performance marketing programs, and partner with agencies to drive results. You will analyze performance data across GA4, Looker, and HubSpot, and lead testing initiatives (A/B, multivariate) across Google, LinkedIn, and Meta ads.

The role requires deep experience in full-funnel marketing—acquisition, nurture, and retention.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of growth/digital/performance marketing experience with channel ownership and performance.
• Senior individual contributor and subject-matter expert.
• Experience managing agencies or external vendors to drive partner results.
• Hands-on with analytics platforms (GA4, Looker, HubSpot) and testing frameworks (A/B, multivariate).
• Experience with Google/LinkedIn/Meta Ads and paid social tools.
• Full-funnel marketing experience across acquisition, nurture, retention.
• Working knowledge of SEO, CRO, and marketing automation tools (HubSpot).
• Highly analytical with strong communication and ability to distill complexity into clear recommendations.
• Continuous learner who challenges current approaches and stays updated on tools and tactics.
• Experience in B2B or public sector (B2G) marketing is a plus.
