Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in marketing operations, growth marketing, or equivalent, preferably non-profit.
• Hands-on admin experience with a marketing automation platform (Pardot preferred).
• Experience managing paid advertising, setup, tracking, budgeting, attribution, and reporting.
• Knowledge of GA4 and GTM; ability to structure and interpret data.
• Experience with SEO and CRO, including A/B testing.

• Oversee paid media accounts day-to-day operations and optimization.
• Develop measurement plans, objectives, audiences, and conversion events.
• Own marketing automation platform, email templates, rules, and A/B tests.
• Ensure data flows between marketing systems and donor data.

• Collaborate with design and web teams on landing pages and forms.
• Monitor budgets and flag overspend or underdelivery.
