Netlify is seeking a Senior Demand Generation Marketing Manager to own paid acquisition end-to-end across search, social, retargeting, and sponsorships. You’ll define channel mix, design tests, and scale high-impact campaigns in a product-led growth environment.

In this remote role reporting to the CMO, you’ll manage budgets, partnerships with agencies, attribution, and ROI reporting while partnering with Lifecycle, Campaigns, and Marketing Ops to drive measurable growth.

Formación

• Experience leading paid acquisition programs in B2B SaaS or product-led growth
• Proven ability to design tests, measure impact, and scale channels
• Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams (Lifecycle, Campaigns, Marketing Ops)
• Comfort with data-driven decision making and ROI reporting

Responsabilidades

• Build and own Netlify's paid acquisition strategy end to end across search, social, retargeting, sponsorships and other channels
• Design experiments to prove incremental value and decide where to scale or pause
• Manage external agencies, set briefs, and ensure performance targets are met
• Own budget planning, pacing and ROI reporting for all paid spend
• Partner with Marketing Ops to ensure accurate attribution and tracking
• Define target audiences and channel mix aligned with ICP and product messaging
