Job summary

Liberty in North Korea (LiNK) seeks a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to align marketing systems with fundraising growth. You’ll own automation, ads, and tracking infrastructure to drive new supporters and retention, expanding reach toward LiNK’s mission.

You’ll collaborate across teams, optimize campaigns, track performance, and ensure data accuracy while supporting donor conversion and lifecycle strategies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in marketing operations or a similar role, preferably in non-profit.
• Experience administering a marketing automation platform (Pardot preferred).
• Experience building automation, workflows, and integrations.
• Experience managing paid advertising accounts with tracking and attribution.
• Knowledge of GA4 and Google Tag Manager.
• Strong data skills to structure, audit, and interpret digital marketing data.
• Experience with technical/content SEO and answer-engine optimization.
• Experience with conversion-rate optimization and A/B testing in email, website, and ads.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage LiNK's paid media campaigns across channels to drive growth.
• Own marketing automation platform, including emails and testing.
• Ensure accurate data flows between systems and donor data.
• Develop reports tracking traffic, engagement, ROI across channels.
• Analyze performance and provide actionable optimization recommendations.
• Collaborate with design/web team on CRO and landing pages.
• Monitor SEO opportunities and implement optimizations.
• Maintain segmentation and audience lists for targeting and retention.
