Job summary

Netlify is seeking a Senior Demand Generation Marketing Manager for a fully remote, full-time role. You will build and own the paid acquisition strategy across search, social, retargeting, and sponsorships, and determine where to scale or reallocate spend to maximize growth.

Collaboration with Lifecycle, Campaigns, and Marketing Ops will be essential as you establish attribution, messaging inputs, and a clear CAC/payback framework.

Responsibilities

• Build and own Netlify’s paid acquisition strategy end to end, including paid search, paid social, retargeting, sponsorships, and tests.
• Own the decision on where paid creates incremental value and where to scale, hold, or pause spend.
• Manage agency relationships, set briefs, and decide what to bring in-house as the function matures.
• Own budget planning, pacing, and ROI reporting for all paid spend.
