Job summary

Blink Health is seeking a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to accelerate adoption of pharma services with providers and pharmaceutical partners. You will lead multi-channel campaigns, drive activation, and optimize post-launch tactics to grow prescription volume across 50+ partnerships.

You will collaborate with provider-facing teams, growth and revenue functions, and brand partners to craft data-driven strategies, manage client relationships, and scale go-to-market playbooks for launch brands.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in marketing, with 3+ years in pharma or healthcare.
• Proven growth marketing results across provider activation and pharma partnerships.
• Strong data-driven approach with A/B testing experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage projects.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Craft and execute strategic marketing plans for new pharma launches across multiple channels to drive provider activation and engagement.
• Design, optimize, and measure data-driven marketing tactics to grow prescriptions for pharma partners post-launch.
• Manage relationships with Brand teams, advising on BlinkRx integration into marketing workflows.
• Refine and scale go-to-market playbooks for launch brands and partnerships.
• Create content to educate Health Care Providers and field teams, supporting scalable client success.
• Develop and test B2B marketing campaigns to support business development and lead generation.
