Blink Health is seeking a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to accelerate pharma services adoption among providers. You will collaborate with provider-facing teams, growth & revenue, and pharmaceutical partners to launch co-branded campaigns and drive script growth across 50+ partnerships.

The role requires 8+ years in growth/pharma marketing, strong data-driven capabilities, and experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in growth marketing, preferably in pharma/healthcare.
• Proven ability to drive provider engagement and prescription growth.
• Experience collaborating with brand teams and pharma partners.

Responsibilities

• Craft and execute multi-channel marketing plans for pharma launches.
• Design, measure, and optimize campaigns to drive provider engagement and prescriptions.
• Manage relationships with Brand teams and pharma partners to integrate BlinkRx into marketing efforts.
• Scale playbooks and assets for launch brands and GTM capabilities.
• Create content to educate Health Care Providers and partners about BlinkRx value proposition.
• Support client success with scalable strategies for pharma relationships.
