Job summary

Blink Health is seeking a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to accelerate adoption of BlinkRx and Quick Save among healthcare providers.

You will collaborate with provider-facing teams, growth & revenue function, and pharmaceutical partners to launch new pharma partnerships and drive prescription growth with existing clients — through co-branded campaigns with brand teams and independent strategic marketing initiatives for BlinkRx.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in growth marketing, including 3+ years in pharma or healthcare marketing.
• Proven ability to deliver growth marketing results and activate providers.
• Experience collaborating with marketing, business development, revenue operations, product, finance, legal, operations, and marketing teams.
• Strong written, presentation, and verbal communication to both experts and non‑experts.
• Data-driven with experience in A/B testing and measuring campaign impact.

Responsibilities

• Craft and execute strategic marketing plans for new pharma launches including multi-channel account-based CRM campaigns to drive activation and engagement across providers.
• Design, optimize, and measure data-driven marketing tactics to drive provider engagement and prescription growth post-launch for pharmaceutical partners.
• Act in a client-facing capacity managing relationships with brand teams, advising on best practices for integrating BlinkRx into marketing capabilities.
• Refine and scale playbooks and assets to streamline go-to-market for launch brands.
• Create content to educate and activate health care providers, field teams, and new pharma partners by communicating BlinkRx’s value proposition.
• Establish scalable strategies to support the client success team’s relationships with pharma clients; upscale in-person and virtual client meetings.
• Develop, test, and iterate on strategic B2B marketing campaigns to support lead generation for the business development team.
