Qualifications

• 7+ years marketing experience with non-internship roles
• Experience managing teams and cross-functional alignment
• Data-driven decision making using metrics
• Proficiency with Excel or Tableau for data manipulation
• Ability to manage multi-million dollar marketing budgets and tie spend to outcomes
• Strong communication and collaboration across functions

Responsibilities

• Own and execute paid and non-paid digital programs across search, email, display, social, OOH and more to acquire and retain Relay carriers
• Partner with teams to strategize multi-channel campaigns and monitor performance
• Drive initiatives to increase carrier acquisition and engagement at scale with promotions
• Plan short-term and long-term campaigns to meet targets
• Develop brand positioning and creative assets that resonate with customers and drive growth
• Define assets for digital campaigns, run A/B tests, schedule, report, and optimize
• Develop, deploy, analyze, and disseminate comprehensive reporting
• Be a subject matter expert for paid digital marketing trends
• Maintain and strategize budgets and forecasts across paid channels
• Support content creation to address customer needs and grow the brand
