Job summary

Continued is seeking a Growth Marketing, Senior Manager to own our email program, CDP strategy, and cross-channel orchestration. You will lead marketing tech stack integration, optimize our growth funnel, and guide acquisition efforts in a fast-paced, remote-ready environment.

You will partner with data engineers, analytics, and product teams to drive personalized campaigns, data hygiene, and compliant practices across email and direct mail.

Qualifications

• Experience building and optimizing email programs and lifecycle campaigns.
• Hands-on CDP and marketing automation exposure in a fast-paced setting.
• Proven ability to design segmentation using first-party data and behavior.

Responsibilities

• Lead audience segment buildout with data team and integration architecture.
• Own end-to-end email program: strategy, segmentation, automation and testing.
• Maintain data hygiene, CAN-SPAM compliance, and suppression management.
• Define subscriber data governance and data flow across stack.
• Align CDP data structures with broader data roadmap and migration.
• Coordinate omni-channel efforts across direct mail and digital channels.
• Drive AI automation for send-time optimization and segmentation.
• Manage dashboards linking channels to engagement and revenue.
• Evaluate and recommend MarTech for expansion and automation maturity.
• Serve as SME on email and CDP capabilities; mentor team members.
