Senior Growth Marketing Manager

B2B SaaS | Series A | ~40 people | ~$5M ARR

DevRel Talent is hiring for a high-growth SaaS client on a mission to help GTM teams scale customer voice and proof at speed. Backed by top-tier VCs, used by teams at companies like GitLab, Gong, and Ramp.

They’re looking for a creative, analytical Growth Marketer to take full ownership of demand gen. You’ll lead campaign strategy, guide a paid media partner, and collaborate closely with Sales and RevOps to drive real pipeline — not just MQLs.

You’ll own:

• Full-funnel marketing campaigns across email, social, paid, events, and more
• Strategic direction and performance of paid channels (agency supported)
• Cross-functional GTM plays with Sales
• Experimentation, analytics, and pipeline accountability

Ideal profile:

• 5–7 years B2B SaaS marketing experience (startup background preferred)
• Skilled in building from scratch, testing fast, and scaling what works
• US/Canada based (remote-friendly, US strongly preferred)
