About The Role

The Senior Manager, Marketing will lead the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives designed to elevate brand visibility, drive customer acquisition, and contribute to overall revenue growth. This fully remote position requires a seasoned marketing leader with a strong foundation in digital strategy, campaign management, and cross-functional team leadership. The role reports directly to senior leadership and requires up to 25% travel for team collaboration, conferences, and client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
• Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals, ensuring high performance and accountability
• Oversee multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social, email, and traditional media
• Analyze market trends and consumer data to identify strategic opportunities for growth
• Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, product development, and customer service
• Manage and optimize the marketing budget to maximize ROI and efficiency
• Monitor performance of marketing activities using key metrics and adjust strategies accordingly
• Build and maintain relationships with external agencies, vendors, and strategic partners
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
• Minimum 7 years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
• Proven success in developing and executing data-driven marketing strategies
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms
• Ability to interpret market data and make informed decisions
