PULT, a Hamburg-based B2B SaaS scale-up, is hiring a senior marketing/growth manager who owns the full funnel end-to-end. You will drive demand generation, brand storytelling, and events across international markets, with a clear budget and measurable ROI.

You will lead the marketing stack, leverage AI, and build a scalable engine in a remote-first setting. You will run paid and organic campaigns, manage campaigns end-to-end, and work with Sales to optimize lead quality.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in B2B SaaS marketing, ideally in a scale-up, with hands-on experience across paid, online and offline channels.
• Proven track record of running campaigns, writing copy, briefing designers and analyzing dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Plan and run paid campaigns across LinkedIn, Google and other channels with full budget ownership.
• Own the website and conversion funnel with messaging, landing pages and experiments.
• Build the organic engine: SEO, AI search visibility and content for IT/People leaders.
• Run webinar programme and turn it into a reliable pipeline source.
• Sharpen positioning and ensure consistent storytelling across touchpoints.
• Produce campaigns, videos, case studies, product launches and customer stories.
• Lead design and copy quality and set high standards for partners.
