Qualifications

• 3+ years in B2B SaaS marketing, scale-up preferred, hands-on across paid, online and offline channels.
• AI-native: using AI daily for research, content, automation.
• High agency: proactive, goal-driven, ships outcomes.
• Storytelling: strong English writing; German a plus; design eye.

Responsibilities

• Plan and own paid campaigns across LinkedIn, Google and new channels with full budget ownership.
• Own website/conversion funnel with agency support: messaging, landing pages, experiments.
• Build organic engine: SEO, AI search visibility, content for IT/People leaders.
• Run webinar program to generate reliable pipeline.
• Lead marketing stack ownership: HubSpot, analytics, AI tooling, attribution.
