Hydrafacial is seeking a Senior Manager of Performance & Organic Growth Marketing to lead paid media and SEO efforts for Hydrafacial and SkinStylus. The role focuses on driving device leads, optimizing campaigns, and aligning digital strategies with sales and analytics teams.

You will manage multi-channel paid campaigns, develop AI-driven search strategies, and collaborate on landing page optimization to boost conversions and pipeline growth.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in digital or performance marketing.
• Proven experience managing paid media strategy, campaigns, budgets, and agency partners.
• Experience with SEO and emerging AI-driven search strategies, including AEO and/or GEO.
• Experience with lead generation, lead scoring, attribution, and marketing/CRM technology.
• Experience using digital analytics and measurement tools such as GA4, Google Tag Manager, and business intelligence platforms.
• Experience developing and evaluating structured A/B or multivariate tests across digital campaigns, creative, landing pages, or lead forms.
• Strong analytical, project management, and cross-functional communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead full-funnel paid media strategy and execution across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, Microsoft, and content syndication.
• Develop and execute SEO, AEO, and GEO strategies to increase brand visibility and generate organic traffic.
• Manage digital agency partners across paid media and organic search with KPI accountability.
• Collaborate with teams to develop conversion-focused landing pages, content, and creative.
• Partner with Sales Operations and Analytics to optimize lead scoring and attribution across CRM tech.
• Establish benchmarks and analyze campaign performance to identify opportunities and actionable recommendations.
• Build a testing roadmap across creative, content, landing pages, and lead forms.
