HydroPeptide is seeking a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to drive profitable customer acquisition and repeat purchases for its digital business. Qualifications

• 7+ years in growth or performance marketing with 3+ years managing seven‑figure paid media budgets.
• Hands‑on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and TikTok or emerging platforms.
• Experience running email and SMS programs in Klaviyo or a similar platform.
• Proven track record of profitable DTC customer acquisition with strong CAC/ROAS skills.
• Ability to lead cross‑functional teams and manage agencies.
• Familiarity with Shopify and GA4 for analytics.

Responsibilities

• Own the growth marketing strategy across paid channels and owned channels.
• Set CAC/ROAS targets and manage budgets and forecasts.
• Lead paid media partners and the Digital Marketing & Analytics team.
• Oversee email/SMS programs and lifecycle campaigns in Klaviyo.
• Plan and test new acquisition channels and creative assets.
• Collaborate with Brand, Creative, Finance, and IT to optimize performance.
• Monitor metrics, run incrementality tests, and report results.
