Job summary

Hydrafacial is seeking a Senior Manager, Performance & Organic Growth Marketing to lead paid media and SEO for Hydrafacial and SkinStylus, focusing on device lead generation and scalable digital channels that drive pipeline and growth.

You will own strategy, execution, testing, and collaboration with Analytics, Brand, Creative, and CRM to optimize landing pages, content, and campaigns. Base pay ranges from $121,000 to $143,000 annually plus bonus.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of digital/performance marketing with B2B/B2B2C growth.
• Experience managing paid media strategy, campaigns, budgets, and agency partners across major platforms.
• Experience with SEO and AI-driven search strategies (AEO/GEO).
• Experience with lead generation, lead scoring, attribution, and marketing/CRM tech.
• Experience using GA4, GTM, and BI platforms.
• Experience developing and evaluating structured A/B or multivariate tests across campaigns/landing pages.
• Strong analytical, project management, and cross-functional communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-funnel paid media strategy and execution across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, Microsoft, etc., for device leads.
• Develop and execute SEO, AEO, and GEO strategies to boost brand visibility and organic traffic.
• Manage digital agency partners across paid media and organic search with KPI accountability.
• Collaborate with Digital Experience, Brand, Creative, and Influencer Marketing on landing pages and content.
• Partner with Sales Operations and Analytics to optimize lead scoring, attribution, and reporting.
• Establish channel benchmarks and analyze campaigns to identify opportunities.
• Build a testing and optimization roadmap for creative, landing pages, and forms.
• Strengthen consumer awareness and connect activity to provider demand and pipeline.
