Job summary

Hydrafacial is seeking a Senior Manager, Performance & Organic Growth Marketing to lead paid media and SEO for Hydrafacial and SkinStylus. This high-ownership role combines strategy, execution, testing, and optimization to drive device leads and business growth.

You will manage paid media across channels, develop SEO/AEO strategies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize landing pages, content, and lead generation. Base pay ranges from $121,000 to $143,000 with bonuses.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in digital or performance marketing.
• Experience managing paid media strategy, budgets, and agency partners.
• Experience with SEO and AI-driven search strategies (AEO/GEO).
• Experience with lead generation, scoring, attribution, and marketing/CRM tech.
• Experience using GA4, GTM, and BI tools for measurement.
• Strong analytical, project management, and cross-functional communication skills.
• Experience driving pipeline in a complex B2B environment (capital equipment, SaaS, etc.).
• Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, and Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-funnel paid media strategy across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, Microsoft and content syndication.
• Develop and execute SEO, AEO, and GEO strategies to boost brand visibility and organic traffic.
• Manage digital agency partners on paid media and organic search with KPI accountability.
• Collaborate on landing pages, content, and creative across provider and consumer audiences.
• Optimize lead scoring, mapping, attribution, tracking, and reporting in CRM/marketing tech.
• Establish channel benchmarks and analyze campaign performance to deliver actionable insights.
• Build a continuous testing and optimization roadmap for creative, content, and forms.
• Grow consumer awareness and connect activity to provider demand and pipeline.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
