Illumia is seeking a Sr Director of Growth Marketing to lead a high-performing team across Growth Marketing, SDRs, and Events. You will own enterprise ABM strategy, multi-channel campaigns, and a data-driven approach to pipeline growth.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Sales, Product, and Client Success to align GTM motions, improve funnel efficiency, and drive revenue across Healthcare and Higher Education markets.

Qualifications

• 10–15+ years of progressive B2B marketing in SaaS, healthcare, education, fintech, or related tech sectors.
• Proven leadership of multi-disciplinary marketing teams.
• Proven success designing ABM programs and multi-stakeholder engagement.
• Advanced expertise in HubSpot, martech, CRM, attribution, and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing Growth Marketing, SDRs, and Event Specialists team.
• Define and own the enterprise ABM strategy across Healthcare and Higher Education with multi-channel plays.
• Own pipeline targets and optimize funnel metrics from MAL to MQL to SQL to opportunities.
• Oversee HubSpot and martech ecosystem; drive automation, segmentation, scoring, and dashboards.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Client Success to align GTM motions and product launches.
• Drive data-driven decisions with regular insights and forecasts for senior leadership.
