Illumia is seeking a Sr Director of Growth Marketing in Alpharetta, GA to lead a high-performing Growth Marketing team and drive multi-channel campaigns across healthcare and higher education sectors. The role focuses on ABM, demand generation, and cross-functional GTM alignment.

You will own analytics, martech, and HubSpot initiatives, while shaping scalable motions and measurable outcomes to accelerate pipeline and revenue growth.

Formación

• 10-15+ years of progressive B2B marketing experience in SaaS, healthcare, higher education, fintech, commerce, or related technology sectors.
• Proven leadership experience managing and scaling multi-disciplinary marketing teams.
• Demonstrated success designing and executing ABM programs that produce measurable pipeline.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Growth Marketing, SDRs, and Event Specialists to drive pipeline and orchestrate multi-channel campaigns.
• Define enterprise ABM strategy across healthcare and higher education with ICP design and tiered account segmentation.
• Own pipeline targets and optimize funnel from MAL to MQL to SQL to opportunities.
