Job summary

Jobscan is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager, SEO & Content, to drive revenue growth through targeted content, on-page SEO, and programmatic asset development. You will own the content lifecycle from strategy to execution, optimizing internal linking, CRO, and editorial workflows in collaboration with marketing leadership.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of growth marketing experience in a B2C product or content-heavy site.
• Strong content creation and editing skills, with oversight of quality.
• Hands-on SEO practitioner: on-page optimization, internal linking, keyword targeting.
• Comfortable working directly in WordPress.
• CRO instincts with ability to identify conversion opportunities and run experiments.
• Strong AI/LLM fluency using Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor or similar tools.
• Familiar with GA4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs/SEMrush, and CRO tools like PostHog/Hotjar.
• Self-directed, high-judgment, able to take opportunities with minimal oversight.
• High-quality bar for content and design across the site.

• Design and execute a revenue-focused content marketing plan with leadership.
• Drive hands-on SEO execution across target pages and opportunities.
• Write and edit compelling content for blog pages and landing assets.
• Pioneer AI-augmented production workflows to accelerate velocity.
• Collaborate with SMEs for thought leadership assets and case studies.
• Manage editorial calendar and oversee external writers.
