Payactiv, Inc. is seeking a Sr Analyst, Growth Marketing in Milpitas, CA to drive cross-channel campaigns and growth analytics.

You will lead data-driven decision making, optimize campaigns across email, push notifications, and in-app messaging, and collaborate with the Growth Analytics team to improve acquisition and engagement. The role requires 5+ years in marketing analytics, strong data skills, and experience with lifecycle marketing tools (Braze/Iterable/MoEngage) and product analytics

Qualifications

• 5+ years professional experience in database marketing, marketing analytics or growth marketing.
• High data acumen and data-driven decision making.
• Understanding of A/B testing, funnel analysis, and customer segmentation.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Advanced Excel and Google Sheets for large datasets.
• Familiarity with lifecycle marketing platforms and product analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Drive cross-channel campaigns (email, push, in-app) from inception to launch.
• Design and run A/B and multivariate tests with clear hypotheses.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize acquisition and engagement.
• Use data to define segmentation and targeting strategies and iterate on learnings.
• Analyze funnel performance to increase enrollment and usage.
• Provide actionable insights to influence growth decisions.
