Job summary

Payactiv, a Silicon Valley fintech leader, seeks a Sr Analyst, Growth Marketing to drive actionable insights across the customer lifecycle. You will lead multi-channel campaigns, optimize acquisition and engagement, and partner with Growth Analytics to turn data into rapid growth.

The role requires 5+ years in growth marketing, strong analytical skills, and hands-on experience with Braze and analytics tools.

Qualifications

• 5+ years professional experience in database marketing, marketing analytics or growth marketing.
• Understanding of A/B testing, funnel analysis, and customer segmentation.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with a positive attitude and a "can do" mindset.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets skills with ability to manipulate and analyze large datasets.
• Familiarity with lifecycle marketing platforms (Braze, Iterable, MoEngage) and product analytics tools (Mixpanel, GA, Pendo).

Responsibilities

• Drive execution of multi-channel messaging for core product initiatives across email, push, and in-app messaging.
• Design and implement A/B and multivariate tests with hypothesis and sample sizing.
• Collaborate to develop customer communications strategies and execute campaigns in Braze to optimize acquisition/engagement.
• Use data to define segmentation and targeting strategies and evaluate campaign effectiveness.
• Analyze performance data to identify funnel opportunities to increase enrollment and usage.
• Provide actionable insights to stakeholders turning findings into clear narratives to accelerate growth.
• Develop and execute integrated campaigns focused on sponsorship activation to drive brand engagement.
