Job summary

CLEAResult Consulting Inc. is seeking a Growth Marketing Content Writer who owns strategy, writing, and quality across blog posts, thought leadership, case studies, ABM content, and scripts for podcasts and videos.

This is a hands-on writing role plus strategic oversight, focused on structuring content for human readers and AI discovery. You will repurpose pillar content, partner with Growth Marketing Managers on account-based content, create battlecards and email nurture sequences, and maintain

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B content marketing or copywriting experience.
• Portfolio of published B2B writing, including at least one long-form or pillar asset.
• Experience interviewing subject-matter experts and turning technical detail into clear, credible copy.
• Familiarity with SEO and demonstrated ability to adapt quickly as search and AI discovery change.
• Familiarity with GEO or AI-visibility practices a plus.
• Experience building a repurposing system rather than writing every format from scratch.
• Comfort directing and editing AI-assisted content production at scale while protecting quality and brand voice.
• Comfort partnering directly with sales-facing stakeholders on account-specific content.
• French-language capability a plus.
• Utility or energy-industry knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and write blog content, thought leadership, and case studies supporting demand‑gen and ABM/ABS campaigns.
• Write scripts and outlines for podcasts, webinars, and short‑form video, partnering with designers on production.
• Systematically repurpose pillar content (a webinar, a case study) into blog posts, social copy, email nurture content, and sales one‑pagers.
• Partner with the Growth Marketing Managers on account‑specific content for ABM/ABS target‑utility campaigns.
• Build sales‑facing content beyond campaigns: battlecards, objection‑handling one‑pagers, and email nurture sequences handed to sales and account management.
• Own editorial quality and consistency for Growth Marketing's written output.
• Apply GEO (generative engine optimization) best practices to all content, partnering with the Digital Marketing Manager on the company's broader AI‑visibility strategy.
• Own and maintain a content calendar aligned to campaign priorities, and partner with Digital Marketing on tracking which content drives engagement and pipeline.
• Hand off finished scripts and long‑form assets to the Brand Manager for organic social posting and community engagement.
