Adrenaline Agency seeks a Senior Content Marketing Manager to own the strategy, editorial direction, and performance of content across owned, earned, and paid channels in the US market. You will shape the voice, drive pipeline, and report content impact to leadership.

You will lead editors and strategists, collaborate with SEO, design, and paid media teams, and oversee content programs that build brand authority in financial services while expanding client relationships.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of B2B content marketing experience.
• Proven experience developing and executing successful content marketing programs.
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling capabilities.
• Deep understanding of SEO, content strategy, and website optimization.
• Experience with AI search optimization and emerging AI-driven content discovery platforms.
• Experience managing SEM and paid social campaigns.
• Familiarity with WordPress, CMS platforms, HubSpot Marketing Hub, and marketing analytics platforms.
• Experience working with external agencies and vendors.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex topics into compelling customer-focused content.
• Analytical mindset with experience measuring marketing performance and ROI.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an annual content strategy aligned to business goals, service lines, target audiences, and revenue targets.
• Create and manage thought leadership programs, including articles, research reports, guides, webinars, videos, and podcast episodes.
• Manage website content strategy, content architecture, and conversion paths; partner with design and development on UX and site performance.
• Direct our digital agency's paid media programs and review performance against pipeline goals.
• Partner with business development on sales enablement content and with PR on earned media.
• Develop client-facing content (newsletters, executive briefings) that supports retention and expansion.
• Manage the integrated marketing performance dashboard and report content-sourced pipeline and metrics to leadership.
• Identify tools and AI-assisted workflows to improve content quality and velocity.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and leadership to develop original, high-value content.
• Develop and execute SEO, AI, and digital marketing strategies to improve visibility, rankings, and traffic.
• Create content for integrated campaigns across email, social, paid media, webinars, events, and ABM initiatives.
• Manage relationships with freelancers, SEO and paid media vendors, and web development resources.
