Job summary

IMPACTER Pathway in the education analytics space is seeking a Senior Growth Marketing Specialist & Customer Acquisition to own the top-of-funnel strategy and scale net-new customer acquisition for our Florida-based remote team.

You will collaborate with a fast-moving marketing group to explore non-traditional channels, measure ROI with GA4, and build partnerships, sponsorships, and community programs that drive qualified traffic and long-term retention.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business development, or communications.
• Minimum 5 years of growth marketing and e-commerce acquisition experience.
• Experience in restricted e-commerce verticals ( cigars/tobacco, CBD, alcohol, supplements) is a significant advantage.
• Proven experience with digital sponsorships, affiliate networks, and referral loops.
• Web analytics knowledge and expert use of tracking metrics to prove channel ROI.
• Strong quantitative, analytical, and negotiation skills to drive actions and insights.
• Excellent planning, organization, and time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a high degree of professionalism.
• Willingness to learn and a passion for marketing and customer acquisition.
• Ability to operate and meet deadlines under pressure with minimal oversight.
• Creative thinker with performance discipline and ownership mindset.
• Thrives in fast-paced, SKU-heavy e-commerce environments.
• Collaborative and proactive; strong research and organizational skills.
• Ability to locate, evaluate, and apply relevant information to projects.
• PR experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the top-of-funnel strategy and scale net-new customer acquisition through non-traditional channels.
• Identify, negotiate, and secure media placements, host-read ads, and sponsorship integrations; track ROI.
• Build authentic brand presence in communities and secure high-authority backlinks for SEO.
• Plan and execute physical events at major industry shows to drive on-site sales and email capture.
