Job summary

DoiT is seeking a Senior Growth Manager to accelerate demand for our Cloud Intelligence business across cloud services, FinOps, and channel programs. This role is remote, reporting to the Head of Growth, and focuses on building and optimizing digital advertising programs that generate high-quality leads and expand brand visibility.

You will own paid acquisition, ABM, and budget management, collaborating with global teams and agencies to drive pipeline and revenue across markets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in high-growth, fast-paced tech companies.
• Strong B2B digital marketing and ABM experience.
• Experience launching and optimizing digital ad campaigns.
• Understanding CPL, CAC, ROAS and pipeline efficiency.
• Proven ability to manage budgets >$1M annually.
• Experience managing agencies and external partners.
• Entrepreneurial mindset in dynamic environments.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and scale paid digital acquisition across key channels.
• Manage and optimize paid campaign structure, targeting, performance.
• Oversee relationships with paid media agencies and freelancers.
• Collaborate with agencies to hit lead targets and improve performance.
• Own the Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategy.
• Manage paid media budgets with global teams and cloud providers.
• Partner to develop and launch campaign assets.
• Track and report paid ads and ABM performance weekly.
• Align growth initiatives with revenue goals across teams.
