Job summary

DoiT is seeking a Senior Growth Manager to accelerate demand for Cloud Intelligence across cloud services, FinOps, and channels. You will own digital acquisition and ABM, driving high-quality leads and pipeline growth on a global scale, collaborating across marketing, sales, and product teams in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

The role requires hands-on execution, strategic thinking, and a track record of optimizing paid channels to maximize revenue impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in high-growth tech firms.
• Strong background in B2B digital marketing and ABM campaigns.
• Experience launching and optimizing paid acquisition campaigns.
• Deep understanding of CPL, CAC, ROAS and pipeline efficiency.
• Experience managing marketing budgets >$1M annually.
• Proven track record with agency relationships.

Responsibilities

• Own and scale DoiT’s paid digital acquisition strategy across key channels.
• Manage and optimize paid ad campaign structure, targeting, and performance to drive qualified leads and pipeline.
• Own the relationship and performance management of paid media agencies and freelance specialists.
• Partner with agencies and freelancers to achieve lead generation targets and optimize campaign performance.
• Own and execute Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategy.
• Manage the paid media budget with global and regional teams and with Cloud providers to optimize MDF utilization.
• Partner with internal teams and vendors to develop campaign assets.
• Track and report on paid ads and ABM performance weekly, identifying insights and optimization opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and other stakeholders to align growth initiatives with revenue goals.
