Aidoc is seeking a Senior Director of Growth Marketing (Remote US) to lead a data-driven, high-touch ABM and broad-awareness marketing effort. You will architect a scalable data infrastructure, automate dashboards, and partner with Product Marketing and Sales to optimize campaigns against 2,500 top contacts across 300 health systems.

The role demands a leader who blends data science, marketing operations, and creative ABM execution to drive efficient growth in a remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of growth/digital marketing experience, with emphasis on B2B enterprise marketing and ABM.
• Proven expertise designing and executing multi-touch ABM campaigns for high-value accounts (e.g., $500K+ ACV).
• Data-driven marketer with hands-on analytics, data infrastructure, attribution modeling, and BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead a sophisticated ABM program targeting 2,500 key personas across 300 health systems.
• Partner with Product Marketing and Communications to optimize content and content strategy for 80:20 optimizations.
• Own martech stack, data integrity, lead flows, and automation of metrics and dashboards.
